Returns & Refunds

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Please contact us first so we can make sure that you are eligible for a return/refund & can ensure that if you want to exchange, we have the product in stock. 

2. Post the product back to us within 14 days of receiving it (products must be sent back to us unused & in original packaging including tags). If 14 days have gone by since signing for your parcel, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange. 

The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Any returned items will be the customers responsibility until we recieve them. We suggest using a signed shipping service & you must retain proof of sending your item.

Please note: There are NO refunds on second hand saddles!
